”I am very impressed with the thoroughness,professionalism and knowledge of the home inspector. I was skeptical of even having a home inspection done because I had already walked through the house and was certain I had seen everything I needed to see but Clif pointed out things that I didn’t see before and other things that I never thought to look for. Additionally, he did a recall check on the appliances in the house and through that we discovered that the dishwasher had a recall and was able to get that fixed free of charge. I am also impressed with the report he gave me at the end of the home inspection. The pictures made it easy to understand what he was explaining in the text.
